Floor lamp LT 316 in White-shaded Glass by Carlo Nason for AV Mazzega
SAFE PAYMENTS
The LT 316 floor lamp, designed by Carlo Nason in collaboration with AV Mazzega, is a testament to the timeless elegance and craftsmanship that the Murano glass tradition embodies. Nason, from one of the oldest glassmaking families in Murano, combined his innovative approach with Mazzega’s glassmaking expertise to create a piece that is both striking and functional.
This lamp is composed of six stacked cylindrical sections of white shaded glass, with five E14 lamp sockets placed along its height and a larger E27 socket at the top. The arrangement allows for a soft, even glow that’s diffused beautifully through the glass, providing a sophisticated and ambient light source. The clean lines and seamless flow of light make the lamp an eye-catching addition to any room, seamlessly blending into both modern and classic interiors.
Despite being decades old, the LT 316 floor lamp remains a versatile and highly regarded piece in the world of lighting design. The condition of the lamp is very good, with minor signs of wear on the baseplate and fixtures due to oxidation, but it remains an impressive example of quality craftsmanship.
