Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Eligibility & Conditions

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition (unused, unaltered, and undamaged)
  • Have all original tags attached and be in its original packaging
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

Important:

  • Returns must be pre-approved. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Curiouz reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Personal care items (such as beauty or hygiene products)

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before purchasing.

3. Damages, Defects & Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@curiouz.com with:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue
  • Your order number

We will assess the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement, repair, or refund. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, return the original product following our return process and place a new order for the replacement.

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, without justification.

  • The item must meet our return conditions (unused, with tags, in original packaging).
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Refunds & Processing Times

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Banks and payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.
  • If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days, please contact us at info@curiouz.com.

Note: Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee in certain cases.

7. Buyer Responsibilities & Liability

  • Return Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Curiouz is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  • Condition of Returned Items: If an item is returned in a different condition than received, Curiouz reserves the right to refuse the return or issue only a partial refund.
  • Fraudulent Claims: We reserve the right to refuse refunds for fraudulent or excessive return claims.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting info@curiouz.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return under our policy.
