This modernist wall sconce was produced in France during the 1930s, at the height of the Art Deco period, and stands as a rare and refined example of early 20th century French lighting design. Crafted in chrome with a frosted glass shade, the sconce embodies a pure modernist aesthetic defined by clean lines, balanced proportions, and exceptional assembly quality.
An ode to French modernism, the design feels both timeless and architectural, demonstrating the high level of craftsmanship characteristic of the era. Nearly a century old, this wall lamp remains visually striking and structurally sound, making it a highly collectible and increasingly rare piece. The frosted glass softly diffuses the light, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere suitable for both classic and contemporary interiors.
The sconce is fitted for a B22 bulb and is compatible with LED. The electrical components have been professionally checked, and the piece is ready for installation. A rare and authentic Art Deco wall light that brings historical depth and understated sophistication to any space.
