This elegant vintage Danish highboy chest of drawers combines Scandinavian craftsmanship with sculptural, Baroque-inspired details reminiscent of Henning Kjærnulf's design style. Constructed primarily from solid quarter-sawn oak, the cabinet features a warm honey-toned finish, beautifully pronounced wood grain and softly curved drawer fronts. Delicate carved details, vertical framing and original-style brass handles create a refined architectural silhouette, while gently shaped legs add traditional character. Offering generous storage within a compact footprint, the drawers glide smoothly and can be locked using the included key. The cabinet has been carefully cleaned and polished, preserving its natural patina and authentic vintage appearance. Structurally solid, stable and fully functional, this versatile chest is ideal for a bedroom, hallway or living room. The connection to Henning Kjærnulf is stylistic rather than confirmed.
