Oak lift-and-lower dining table by Guillerme et Chambron.
SAFE PAYMENTS
A rare collector’s piece from the early days of Guillerme et Chambron, this oak lift-and-lower dining table dates to circa 1950—prior to the duo’s famed collaboration with ceramicist Boleslaw Danikowski. Featuring a clever convertible system, it transitions into a coffee table (52 cm height). Two integrated side extensions allow for adjustable surface sizes (depth retracted: 61 cm). In very good vintage condition. A functional and sculptural example of French post-war design craftsmanship.
