This mid-century modern swivel lounge chair offers a sculptural take on comfort-driven design. Featuring a rounded tub form, the chair is upholstered in rich black bouclé, lending tactile depth and visual softness. Designed and produced in the United States during the 1970s, it reflects the era’s embrace of bold silhouettes and luxurious textures. The swivel base adds functional versatility, making it ideal for conversational seating, living rooms, or studio spaces. Upholstered over a supportive foam structure, the chair balances comfort with strong architectural presence. The monochrome palette allows it to integrate seamlessly into both vintage and contemporary interiors. The chair is in very good vintage condition, with minimal signs of wear and a well-preserved upholstery surface. A statement piece rooted in mid-century design language, this swivel chair delivers both style and comfort with enduring appeal.
