A refined set of 4 vintage Danish dining chairs, Model 84, designed by Niels Otto Møller for J.L. Møllers Møbelfabrik and produced in Denmark during the 1970s. Crafted from solid oak with rich teal velvet upholstery, these iconic Scandinavian modern chairs showcase Møller’s signature balance of sculptural form, craftsmanship and comfort. The softly curved ladder-back design, rounded vertical supports and elegantly shaped legs create a light architectural presence, while the warm oak grain contrasts beautifully with the deep teal upholstery for a sophisticated mid century modern look. Renowned for exceptional Danish craftsmanship, Model 84 remains highly sought after by collectors and interior designers for its timeless proportions and understated elegance. Marked underneath with J.L. Møller / Made in Denmark. Good vintage condition with natural patina, light scratches and age related wear to the oak frames and visible wear to the velvet upholstery consistent with age and use. Structurally solid and ready for everyday use.
