This set of four Brutalist dining chairs from the 1960s combines solid oak construction with leather seating, embodying the raw material honesty and sculptural clarity of mid century European design. The robust oak frames feature bold lines and expressive grain patterns, highlighting the craftsmanship and structural integrity characteristic of the period. The leather seats provide both comfort and contrast, softening the architectural presence of the wood while adding warmth and tactile appeal. The balanced proportions and strong silhouettes make these chairs ideal for use around a dining table or as accent seating in rustic, modern or eclectic interiors. Presented in very good vintage condition with age appropriate wear, this set offers timeless character and enduring functionality rooted in 1960s Brutalist design.
