This rare set of armchairs was produced in Finland in the early to mid 1970s by Lepokalusto, a respected name in Scandinavian furniture. Crafted with solid birch wood frames and rich leather upholstery, the chairs exemplify the material honesty and refined proportions characteristic of Nordic Modern design. The sculptural yet restrained geometry reflects Finnish sensibilities, balancing structural clarity with tactile warmth. The robust birch frames remain visually light, while the leather seats and backs provide inviting comfort and develop character over time. Suitable for living rooms, reading corners, or contemporary interiors seeking authentic period seating, the chairs offer both durability and aesthetic presence. Presented in original vintage condition, they show minor age appropriate wear that enhances patina without affecting structural integrity. A distinguished and collectible duo combining Scandinavian heritage with everyday usability.
