This pair of wall sconces reflects the natural material palette and craftsmanship associated with mid-century Swedish lighting design. Each sconce is constructed from deeply grained carved pine, featuring a circular backplate with a scalloped edge and a protruding turned wooden arm. The wall mounting screws are cleverly concealed within the wooden structure, preserving the clean and sculptural appearance. The lamps are fitted with handmade jute shades, detailed with visible hand-stitching. The shades attach directly to the bulb using a practical clip-on mechanism. Each sconce operates via a hanging pull-chain switch, adding both functionality and vintage charm. The combination of solid pine and textured jute creates a warm, organic aesthetic, making these sconces ideal for Scandinavian, rustic, or wabi-sabi inspired interiors.
