This matching pair of slim Danish teak bookcases dates from the 1960s and is sold as a set. Their narrow proportions offer practical storage while maintaining the light, refined character associated with Scandinavian Modern design. Both pieces stand on elegant tapered teak legs and combine open shelving with closed storage. One bookcase features sliding doors, while the other incorporates a drop-down cabinet with internal shelving and brass-edged details. Integrated vertical compartments provide additional space for books, magazines or other smaller items. The warm teak displays an attractive natural grain, while the slightly different configurations create a balanced and functional pairing. Both bookcases are solid and stable, with age-related signs of use consistent with vintage furniture. The pieces have been cleaned and inspected, and worldwide insured shipping is available.
