This exceptional pair of Model 57 dining armchairs, designed by Niels O. Møller and manufactured by J.L. Møllers Møbelfabrik in Denmark, exemplifies the sculptural elegance of Danish Mid-Century Modern furniture. Crafted from solid teak wood, the chairs feature gracefully curved armrests, flowing organic lines and beautifully refined joinery. Both seats have been newly handwoven using traditional Danish paper cord, preserving the authentic character of the original design. Professionally restored, the wooden frames have been sanded, refinished and reglued to ensure excellent stability and durability. Each chair retains its original stamped number underneath the seat, confirming its provenance. Combining timeless craftsmanship with exceptional comfort, this collectible pair is ideal for sophisticated dining rooms and curated modernist interiors.
