Pair of easy chairs designed by Svend Aage Eriksen and produced by Glostrup in Denmark during the 1960s, marked with the original manufacturer label. Crafted with solid teak frames, the chairs display refined detailing in the backrests and armrests, with visible black metal connectors that serve as a distinctive design feature. Beautiful wood joints at the front of the armrests highlight the quality of craftsmanship. The chairs have been professionally reupholstered with new cold foam cushions and high quality grey melange fabric by Kirkby Design, offering renewed comfort while retaining the original seating supports. Carefully restored in a workshop with over 35 years of experience, this pair is in very good vintage condition and represents timeless Danish modern lounge design.
