A rare pair of Depositato lounge chairs designed by Rino Maturi for Mimo Padova, Italy, during the 1970s. Showcasing the soft, sculptural forms that defined Italian design of the era, these elegant club chairs combine generous proportions with exceptional comfort. Their all-foam construction is upholstered in the original supple cognac leather, which has developed a rich patina over time, enhancing the chairs' character and authenticity. The warm leather beautifully complements the organic silhouette, making them ideal statement pieces for Mid Century Modern, Italian Modern and Contemporary interiors. Both chairs are signed underneath, confirming their originality and collectibility. Presented in beautiful original vintage condition with minor user marks to the leather, consistent with age and use.
