This pair of vintage wall sconces from the 1980s combines brass and opaline glass in a refined and timeless design. The warm brass structure adds depth and elegance, while the opaline glass shades diffuse light softly, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere. The balanced proportions and clean lines reflect the continuity of classic French lighting into the late twentieth century. When illuminated, the sconces provide a gentle and even glow suitable for both ambient and functional lighting. The pieces show signs of age such as natural patina to the brass and minor surface wear consistent with vintage use, while remaining fully functional and structurally sound. A versatile and elegant lighting pair.
