This iconic Maralunga 675 armchair with matching footstool, designed by Vico Magistretti for Cassina in the 1970s, is a celebrated example of Italian Mid-Century Modern design. Upholstered in original soft grey striped fabric, the armchair features an innovative adjustable backrest that can be raised with a simple movement for enhanced comfort and support. Its generous proportions, refined detailing and exceptional craftsmanship reflect Cassina's commitment to quality. The original manufacturer's branding is present on the frame. Both pieces retain their original upholstery, with minor signs of wear and a slight colour difference between the chair and footstool. The armchair has been professionally wet-vacuum cleaned.
Armchair seat height: 44 cm. Footstool: 86 × 60 × 48 cm (W × D × H).
