An elegant rosewood bookcase designed by Poul Hundevad for Poul Hundevad Møbler in Denmark during the 1960s. The clean architectural form is enhanced by beautifully figured rosewood veneer, displaying rich warm tones and dramatic natural grain characteristic of Danish Mid-Century Modern furniture. Generous open shelving provides ample space for books, ceramics and decorative objects, while the lower cabinet features a practical drop-down door concealing adjustable shelves and integrated drawers for versatile storage. Slender tapered legs elevate the substantial cabinet and give it a refined, visually light appearance. Presented in very good vintage condition with only minor age-related wear, the bookcase has been thoroughly cleaned, inspected and treated with high-quality wood oil. Dimensions: W 150 × H 138 × D 31 cm.
