Oak notary cabinet signed Muller, France, early 20th century. An exceptional métier piece crafted entirely from solid oak, distinguished by a rare construction detail: even the drawer interiors are made of beech rather than the more commonly used pine. This robust and elegant cabinet reflects refined craftsmanship and durability, balancing functionality with understated prestige. Signed Muller on the reverse, it embodies traditional French woodworking expertise and attention to material quality. Several drawers are compartmentalized, while others are open, and each internal divider can be removed or repositioned for flexible storage. With dimensions of 61 cm width, 181 cm height, and 62 cm depth, and drawer interiors measuring 49 cm width, 9.5 cm height, and 55.5 cm depth, it offers generous and practical organization. A unique heritage piece ideal for collectors and interiors seeking authentic character.
