Non-Serial Model 275 S-Chair by Verner Panton in Bent Fineer, Denmark, 1956
SAFE PAYMENTS
This iconic chair, designed by Verner Panton in 1956, was only produced a decade later due to technological limitations. A non-serial production piece, it was used in the 'Debau exhibition fair' in Essen during the 60s and 70s. Crafted from 14 layers of laminated wood veneer, the chair has developed a beautiful patina over time, creating a mesmerizing play of light and shadow. The straight backrest aligns with the foot, offering a harmonious design. While showing signs of use, these marks add to its charm and authenticity. A true art object included in museum collections worldwide.
