This spectacular XXL Menagerie rug by Moooi Carpets is a striking statement piece celebrating the beauty and diversity of extinct animal species. Measuring 350 cm in diameter, the round carpet features richly detailed illustrations of ten extinct animals, including the sabre-toothed tiger and dodo, set within a lush, romantic composition reminiscent of Henri Rousseau's paintings. Its vibrant colours and intricate imagery invite endless discovery, transforming the rug into a captivating work of art. Crafted from durable polyamide, the carpet offers excellent colour definition, while its felt backing provides warmth and sound insulation. This distinctive design is no longer in production, making it particularly appealing to collectors and design enthusiasts. Preserved in good condition, the rug is clean and ready for use, offering a bold decorative centrepiece for spacious contemporary interiors.
