This modular metal storage system was produced in Germany during the 1970s and reflects the bold industrial aesthetic of late twentieth century design. Finished in a striking combination of orange red and light grey, the shelving unit embodies the era’s functional modernism and graphic color contrasts. The system includes open shelving elements alongside two closed compartments with sliding doors, offering versatile storage for books, documents or display objects while maintaining a clean architectural composition. Crafted entirely in metal, the structure emphasizes durability, practicality and visual clarity. Its modular configuration allows flexible arrangement to suit different interior layouts. A strong statement piece, this German 1970s shelving system combines industrial character with everyday functionality, making it ideal for contemporary, loft or design focused interiors.
