An exceptional XL AM/AS lamp designed by Franco Albini and produced in Italy during the 1960s. Crafted from chromed metal with refined brass details, the lamp showcases the precise construction, elegant proportions and functional clarity associated with Italian modernist design. Its adjustable shade allows the light to be directed as required, providing both practical illumination and a strong sculptural presence. Thanks to its generous scale, the piece can be used as an oversized table lamp or positioned directly on the floor as a distinctive accent light. The sophisticated combination of chrome and brass makes it ideal for Mid Century Modern, Italian Modern and contemporary interiors. Fitted with an E27 socket, the lamp is LED compatible.
