This striking Ilios ceramic vase by Florio Keramia, created by Italian designer Luciano Florio Paccagnella, celebrates the playful geometry and vibrant colours of the Memphis design movement. Handmade and hand-painted, the vase features an abstract multicoloured pattern, bold architectural lines and a glossy finish that transforms it into a sculptural decorative object. Inspired by Ettore Sottsass's Yantra vases and the geometric language of Bauhaus design, the piece reflects the experimental spirit of 1980s Italian postmodernism. Paccagnella's creative connections with designers including Ettore Sottsass, Matteo Thun and Marco Zanini further inform its distinctive aesthetic. Measuring 19 cm long, 24 cm wide and 39.5 cm high, this collectible ceramic vase makes a captivating statement in contemporary interiors or curated vintage design collections.
