This elegant vintage FD 130 armchair, designed by Peter Hvidt and Orla Mølgaard-Nielsen for France & Daverkosen, is a refined example of Danish Mid-Century Modern furniture. Produced in Denmark during the 1960s, this early edition features a beautifully crafted teak frame with warm wood tones, clean architectural lines and balanced proportions. The chair has been newly upholstered in high-quality microfiber fabric with a leather-like appearance, combining contemporary comfort with the timeless character of its original design. Its sculptural wooden frame and understated Scandinavian aesthetic make it a sophisticated addition to living rooms, reading corners or modern interiors. Presented in very neat vintage condition, the teak frame displays age-related signs of use consistent with its history, preserving its authentic character.
