This Danish easy chair, model 4331, was designed by Alf Svensson and produced by Fritz Hansen in Denmark in the 1960s. A refined piece of Scandinavian modern seating, it combines a generously proportioned, supportive form with a warm, understated material palette. The chair has been completely renovated and professionally reupholstered in high-quality Kvadrat Hallingdal furniture wool, with brand-new upholstery built up with a natural coconut mat for comfort and durability. The beech wood frame has been renewed, enhancing the chair’s clean lines and fresh presentation while respecting the original design. A timeless, ready-to-place vintage armchair that works beautifully as a reading chair or as a sculptural accent in both modern and classic interiors.
