This Diva wall sconce, designed by Ezio Didone for Arteluce in the 1970s, is a refined example of Italian modernist lighting. The design combines frosted glass with a black metal structure, creating a strong contrast between soft light diffusion and graphic form. The frosted glass gently disperses light, producing a calm and atmospheric glow, while the dark frame emphasizes the sculptural composition. Arteluce is known for its innovative and design driven lighting, and this piece reflects that legacy through its balance of functionality and aesthetic clarity. The lamp shows signs of age such as minor surface wear consistent with vintage use, while the glass remains intact and the structure fully functional. A collectible and timeless design piece.
