This sculptural Nordic dining table from the 1970s-1980s combines minimalist Scandinavian design with bold Brutalist craftsmanship. Constructed from solid pine, the substantial tabletop features three massive planks, each measuring 5 cm thick, showcasing the wood's pale natural tone, tight grain and organic character. Oversized solid pine legs provide exceptional stability while creating a strong architectural silhouette. The clean lines and robust proportions recall the work of Knud Friis and Elmar Moltke, with an organic aesthetic also reminiscent of Rainer Daumiller's designs. Preserved in beautiful vintage condition, the table highlights the natural warmth and texture of pine, which will continue to develop a rich patina over time. Ideal for Scandinavian, rustic or contemporary dining interiors, this distinctive piece offers generous presence and timeless appeal. The table can be shipped flat-packed for easier transport. Designer attribution is stylistic rather than confirmed.
