A striking sculptural wall sconce designed by J.C. Peiré, crafted in black ceramic with a refined matte finish. The piece is conceived as a muscular arm emerging from the wall, ending in a clenched fist that holds two opposite bulb sockets. When fitted with the included large spherical bulbs, the composition forms a playful dumbbell like silhouette that blends artistic expression with functional lighting. The bold figurative design reflects the experimental spirit of 1970s French decorative lighting, transforming an everyday object into a dramatic sculptural element. The matte ceramic surface enhances the strong form and gives the piece a tactile presence on the wall. Both humorous and visually powerful, this wall lamp works as a lighting fixture and conversation piece, ideal for eclectic interiors or collectors of distinctive design objects.
