This original dining set was designed around 1960 by Arne Jacobsen for Fritz Hansen and consists of a Shaker table and four Series 7 chairs. Crafted in dark wood with a beautiful expressive grain, the ensemble reflects Jacobsen’s refined modernism and his mastery of proportion and function. The Shaker table offers clean architectural lines and generous dimensions, while the iconic Series 7 chairs provide sculptural elegance and ergonomic comfort. As early production examples, all pieces retain their original character and patina. The set is in very good vintage condition with minor age appropriate signs of use, remaining structurally sound and ready to stand.
