This elegant bed, designed by Alfred Hendrickx for Belform in the 1960s, exemplifies the architectural refinement of Belgian Mid-Century Modern furniture. Featuring a wall-mounted zebrano veneer headboard, the design creates a striking floating composition complemented by a black lacquered wooden frame and cylindrical chrome legs. Integrated reversible bedside shelves offer a choice between warm zebrano veneer and crisp white laminate surfaces, combining versatility with sophisticated detailing. The original bed frame retains its metal mesh base, preserving the piece's authentic construction. Presented in very good vintage condition, it displays only light age-related wear. A rare and timeless design that brings understated elegance to contemporary bedrooms.
Overall dimensions: 256 × 201 × 75 cm (W × D × H). Bed frame: 152 × 201 × 28 cm.
