This rare large abstract glass sculpture, designed by Toni Zuccheri for VeArt in 1970s Italy, showcases the expressive artistry of Italian glassmaking. Hand-blown in vibrant shades of yellow and orange, the piece features a striking sculptural silhouette that combines decorative beauty with practical functionality. Originally conceived as a desk accessory, it can serve as a paper holder, correspondence organiser or magazine rack. Produced in various colours and sizes, this example is believed to be among the largest versions of the design. Its bold organic form and luminous glass make it an exceptional statement piece for contemporary interiors or collections of vintage Italian design. VeArt was later absorbed by Artemide in the 1990s, adding historical interest to this collectible object. Preserved in very good vintage condition.
