This rare Italian coffee table, produced around 1970, combines Bauhaus-inspired functionality with the refined materials of Mid-Century Modern design. Featuring a warm walnut wood structure, sleek chrome tubular elements and an elegant smoked glass tabletop, the piece offers a sophisticated balance of natural textures and industrial finishes. Its clean geometric lines and understated silhouette make it a versatile addition to modernist, vintage or contemporary living spaces. Equipped with wheels, the table can be moved effortlessly, providing practical flexibility for everyday use. The contrast between the dark glass, polished chrome and rich walnut creates a distinctive architectural aesthetic. Preserved in good vintage condition, the table displays minor signs of age and use, including a small chip on the glass, as shown in the photographs. A rare and functional example of 1970s Italian furniture design.
