1970s Hexagonal Ash Wood Dining Table by Silvio Coppola for Montina, Italian Geometric Modernist Design

This rare 1970s Italian geometric table, designed by Silvio Coppola for Montina, showcases the bold architectural character of Italian Modernist furniture. Crafted from beautifully figured pale ash wood, its distinctive hexagonal tabletop features three extended, wing-like points supported by a sculptural triangular pedestal base. Crisp panel construction and precise mitred joinery highlight the natural grain and refined craftsmanship. Blending geometric experimentation with functional design, this striking piece works beautifully as a dining table, centre table or sculptural statement in contemporary and vintage interiors. The tabletop features three long sides measuring 117 cm each and three shorter sides measuring 31 cm each. Preserved in good vintage condition, with light scratches and signs of wear consistent with its age and previous use.
