This elegant Ergo modular bookcase, designed by John Texmon and Einar Blindheim for Norwegian manufacturer Blindheim Møbelfabrikk in the 1960s, exemplifies Scandinavian Mid-Century Modern design. Featuring a warm teak-veneered structure, the system includes two open shelves, four spacious drawers and sliding-door cabinets with two additional fixed interior shelves. Its height-adjustable modular components offer flexible arrangements for books, collectibles and everyday essentials. The space-saving sliding doors make it ideal for smaller interiors. The surfaces have been refreshed, with minor scratches, dents and repaired veneer losses remaining visible. Ready for use. The unit may be shipped disassembled for safety. Assembly hardware is not included.
