This original 620 Series armchair, designed by Dieter Rams for Vitsœ in Germany during the 1960s, exemplifies the designer's iconic minimalist philosophy. Featuring white fiberglass-reinforced plastic shells and a fully finished back, the modular design offers architectural elegance and flexible placement. The coil-spring seat suspension remains in good condition, while the loose beige suede cushions have been newly refilled with a blend of down and latex flakes for renewed comfort. The fiberglass shells have been professionally cleaned, with minor edge chips carefully retouched. The original suede displays natural patina, fading and spots, enhancing its authentic vintage character. Combining functional innovation with timeless German modernist design, this collectible armchair is ideal for contemporary living rooms, lounges and minimalist interiors.
