This impressive vintage Pragotron wall clock, likely manufactured in Czechoslovakia during the 1950s, is a striking example of Mid-Century Modern industrial design. Originally created for public spaces such as railway stations, schools and factories, the clock features a clean minimalist dial, bold hands and a sturdy metal frame measuring 50 cm in diameter. Its distinctive backlit edge adds a warm visual effect, enhancing the clock's architectural presence and timeless appeal. Combining functional simplicity with authentic industrial character, this collectible timepiece makes an eye-catching statement in contemporary living spaces, offices or vintage-inspired interiors. Preserved in very good vintage condition, it displays only minor signs of age and use. A distinctive piece of Czechoslovakian design history that celebrates the practical elegance of twentieth-century industrial craftsmanship.
