Our Guarantee
Every piece on Curiouz comes from a professional dealer we have vetted before they join us. Collecting vintage should feel as certain as buying new. This is how we make sure it does.
Vetted dealers only
We work only with professional dealers who pass our vetting before they can sell on Curiouz. Each dealer stands behind the attribution, period and condition stated in their listings. Where a certificate of authenticity exists, it is noted on the product page.
Fourteen days to decide
Eligible pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in the condition in which they arrived. Return shipping is at the buyer's cost, unless the piece is not as described. Full conditions are set out in our returns policy.
Arrives as described
If a piece arrives damaged or materially different from its description, contact us with photographs, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange its return at our cost and a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Door to door
Delivery is arranged by our specialist partners, from the dealer's door to yours. Ask for a delivery quote on any piece before you buy.
Secure payment
You pay Curiouz at checkout through a secure payment provider. Your card details are never shared with the dealer.
