This 1970s Scandinavian swivel chair combines functional versatility with thoughtful design, offering relaxed seating and 360-degree motion. Crafted in Northern Europe during a decade when designers embraced softer shapes and ergonomic comfort, the chair features supportive upholstery and a sturdy base that encourages fluid movement.
The silhouette balances generous seating with a minimalist profile, reinforcing Scandinavian Modern principles that emphasize human-centric geometry and honest materials. The tactile upholstered surface invites comfort, while the swivel function adds everyday practicality.
Offered in original vintage condition, the chair shows age-appropriate patina that enriches its narrative without compromising stability or comfort. A standout choice for living rooms, offices, or reading corners, this piece brings authentic Scandinavian heritage and enduring usability to design-minded interiors.
