This Crowfoot table lamp by Cosack is a refined example of German lighting design from the 1960s, distinguished by its sculptural base and clean modernist lines. Crafted from metal with a chrome finish, the lamp reflects the era’s fascination with industrial materials and functional elegance, resulting in a design that feels both architectural and timeless. Produced in Germany, the Crowfeet model takes its name from the distinctive multi-leg base, which provides visual rhythm and stability while lending the lamp a subtle sculptural presence. The polished chrome surface enhances light reflection and reinforces the crisp, modern aesthetic associated with mid-century European interiors. The lamp is preserved in good original condition, showing light signs of age and use consistent with its period. These traces contribute to its authenticity without detracting from its overall appearance or functionality. Ideal for desks, side tables, or shelving, this Cosack table lamp offers collectors and design enthusiasts a strong yet understated lighting piece that captures the clarity and craftsmanship of 1960s German modernism.
