Striking large round coffee table produced by Sallingboe in Denmark during the 1970s, combining the warmth of solid pine with the decorative richness of handcrafted ceramic tiles. A superb example of Scandinavian modern design, the table balances natural materials, functional craftsmanship, and sculptural simplicity. The generous circular tabletop is adorned with ceramic tile inserts that add texture, color, and visual depth, while the solid pine frame showcases beautiful grain patterns and the warm character of natural wood. The harmonious combination of materials reflects the Danish design philosophy of creating furniture that is both practical and aesthetically refined. Its substantial size and sculptural presence make it an ideal centerpiece for living rooms, lounges, and curated interiors, while the ceramic surface provides durability for everyday use. A timeless piece that embodies the relaxed elegance and craftsmanship of 1970s Scandinavian furniture design.
