Rare Nanna Ditzel Coffee Table in Maple Wood for Brdr. Kruger, Denmark, 1980s
SAFE PAYMENTS
Exceptional coffee table by Danish designer Nanna Ditzel for BRDR. Krüger, created in the 1980s as part of a revival of Danish joinery craftsmanship. Crafted entirely from light maple wood, the design features elegantly tapered legs seamlessly joined to a subtly curved main top. A second, smaller tier is integrated above, connected by flowing, sculptural elements and centered with a removable round maple bowl. This piece masterfully blends form and function, standing as both a functional table and a work of art. Light signs of wear add to its rich patina, and the table is documented in Motion and Beauty, the Book of Nanna Ditzel on pages 123 and 162. A rare and timeless collector’s piece.
