This table lamp was designed by Mauro Marzollo for Mazzega in Murano at the end of the 1970s and the beginning of the 1980s and is a refined example of Italian glass lighting design. The lamp features a transparent Murano glass base paired with a light grey milk glass shade, creating an elegant contrast between clarity and softness. The shade rests at a slight angle on the base and is held in position by a discreet metal bracket, giving the design a dynamic and sculptural quality. The E27 socket is mounted externally on the base, with the electrical wire running through a small opening at the back of the glass, a detail that highlights the thoughtful construction. When illuminated, the lamp produces a soft and evenly diffused light that enhances its sophisticated appearance. The lamp is in almost flawless condition and in perfect working order. It uses an E27 bulb and is compatible with LED. In some countries, a travel converter or different plug may be required.
