This Cobra table lamp, designed by Masayuki Kurokawa in the 1970s, is a standout piece of Space Age design. Its flexible yellow rubberized arm, with a ribbed structure, gives it its iconic "Cobra" name.
The lamp is in very good condition, with minimal signs of wear on the black lacquered metal base and a light patina on the metal shade. Manufactured by the German company Staff, it combines Japanese innovation with German craftsmanship, making it a striking and functional design object.
