Introducing the Space Age Floor Lamp by Cosack, a striking embodiment of futuristic design from Germany’s mid-century era. Crafted with a sleek chromed steel support and a distinctive plexi diffuser shade framed with chrome elements, this lamp captures the era’s fascination with space-inspired aesthetics and forward-looking modernity. The interplay of steel, aluminium, and Plexiglass creates a bold visual contrast while producing both soft, diffused ambient light and more direct illumination from its dual lighting points. Designed to be both functional and sculptural, the lamp makes a compelling statement in contemporary interiors, from living rooms to reading nooks, adding a dynamic yet refined presence rooted in mid-20th-century design principles. Sourced from a curated European collection and offered in mint condition, this piece shows virtually no signs of age or wear, preserving its original charm and performance. Its bold silhouette and futuristic materiality make it a standout example of Space Age design, perfect for collectors and design connoisseurs seeking authentic mid-century modern lighting.
