Rare set of eight Irma dining chairs designed by Achille Castiglioni and produced by Zanotta in Italy in the 1970s, celebrating industrial elegance through a slim black tubular steel frame and crisp, architectural proportions. The set includes four chairs with beautifully patinated red ocher leather and four chairs upholstered in black leather, creating a striking, collectible mix, with subtle tonal variation in the tubular frames adding further depth. Each chair features the iconic Zanotta logo die-cut into the lower backrest, a discreet authenticity detail. Comfortable and visually light, Irma works equally well around a dining table or as statement seating in a studio or office. Good vintage condition with only superficial scratches and marks to leather and frames consistent with age.
