An exceptional pair of Pod lounge chairs produced in East Germany during the 1960s–1970s. Combining sculptural wicker shells with slender black lacquered metal frames, these striking chairs perfectly capture the relaxed elegance of Mid-Century design. The generously proportioned pod-shaped seats are traditionally handwoven from high-quality wicker, showcasing remarkable craftsmanship and a beautifully detailed woven edge that enhances their warm, organic character.
