A distinctive pair of vintage Swedish wall lights designed by Stig Sandqvist in the 1970s. Crafted from pine wood, the sconces feature a simple yet characterful Mid-Century Modern design with a warm Scandinavian chalet aesthetic. Circular cut-outs decorate the front and sides, while adjustable side openings allow the light to shine through and create different atmospheric effects when illuminated. Their natural wood construction and geometric detailing make them both functional lighting and decorative objects, bringing a warm ambience to a hallway, bedroom or living space. Each lamp measures 32.5 cm long, 11 cm wide and projects 13 cm from the wall. The lamps are currently fitted with EU standard plugs. A beautiful pair of collectible Swedish vintage lighting with an understated Scandinavian character.
