A rare pair of “Aton” wall lights designed by Ernesto Gismondi for Artemide in Italy in 1982, presented in a striking black and white finish. New and never installed, these postmodern sconces feature a refined architectural form with shades that adjust vertically through 90 degrees, allowing the direction of light to be precisely controlled. Gismondi’s restrained design is enhanced by the slotted lower section, which creates subtle plays of light and shadow across the wall. Combining functionality with graphic simplicity, the pair is ideally suited to Postmodern, Minimalist and contemporary interiors. Compatible with LED halogen bulbs and ready for installation.
