Rare and elegant Paolo Buffa console table from the 1940s, showcasing masterful Italian craftsmanship and the designer’s refined neoclassical style. The piece features a striking Green Alpi marble top with natural patina and original imperfections that enhance its authenticity. Its architectural wooden base is distinguished by four geometrically arranged legs connected with curved crossbars inlaid with Buffa’s signature brass floral motifs. Additional details include brass-capped feet, a light wood oval veneer accent, and an ingeniously concealed front drawer accessed by a recessed underside groove. The console retains its original brass and wood patina, with optional restoration available upon request. A highly collectible and rare Buffa variation in good vintage condition.
