The iconic PH 5 pendant lamp was designed by Danish architect and designer Poul Henningsen in 1958 for Louis Poulsen. A landmark of Danish Mid-Century Modern lighting, the PH 5 features Henningsen's distinctive multi-shade reflective system, designed to direct light both downward and sideways while illuminating the fixture itself. This innovative construction creates soft, diffused and glare-free light with a warm atmosphere. The lamp measures 50 cm in diameter and 27.6 cm in height. It is in good vintage condition with signs of age and use visible in the photos. The lamp has been thoroughly cleaned and fitted with a new braided cable, and a new metal canopy is included.
